Your Professional Experience and Communication Skills are Needed
If you possess patience, professional experience, excellent communication skills, a desire to help others and the willingness to donate your time to doing so, then we’d love to hear from you.
We will accept professionals of all ages, from a range of disciplines, to work as volunteers.
As a volunteer you will be required to donate at least four hours per week.
Our volunteers typically donate one or two working days to assisting our members.
You will assist our members to resolve a variety of issues they are experiencing, ranging from an inability to understand local government forms, to lodging a formal complaint with the Financial Ombudsman, to communicating with Banks about Identity theft.
